Gordana Djurovic

Professor of Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, Montenegro.

Gordana Djurovic is professor of economics  at University of Montenegro in Podgorica since 1990. She was the Minister for International Economic Relations and European Integration (2004- 2006), Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration (2006-2009) and Minister for European Integration (2009- 2010). She was appointed for the Head of Negotiating team for negotiations on the Stabilization and association agreement with the EU (SAA, signed on 7 IX 2017) and the Chief Negotiator for the WTO accession (2004-2010). Also, she was president of the first National commission for fight against corruption and organized crime established by the Government of Montenegro (2008-2010).

Prof. Djurovic is president of the Montenegrin Pan-European Union (NGO), member organization of the International Pan-European Union. She is member of the Presidency of the International Pan-European Union (February 2020- ). She is Jean Monnet Professor leading several EU and international development projects.
